(For Publication) ORME, Judge: Appellants Curtis B. Campbell and Inez Preece Campbell appeal from the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor
of appellee State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. The pivotal issue raised by this appeal is whether State Farm's
eventual payment of the excess judgment rendered against the Campbells in a suit by a third party bars the Campbells' claim
that State Farm acted in bad faith by earlier refusing to settle the claim within the policy limits. We hold that it does
not bar the Campbells' claim and, accordingly, reverse and remand for further proceedings.
